PRICING

All prices displayed on the Primefocus.com web Site are quoted in U.S. dollars. Primefocus.com may restrict delivery to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Primefocus.com will add shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax. Primefocus.com reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services offered without incurring any obligation to you.

SHIPPING

Primefocus.com ships it's products using UPS Ground. UPS Ground does not include Alaska, Hawaii and Porto Rico. Shipping to these destinations is usually shipped using UPS 2nd day air, which does not guarantee 2nd day delivery. However, by using this method, it is the least expensive way to ship to these destinations.

SIGNATURE RELEASE

When ordering products from Primefocus.com that are in excess of $100.00 in value, we require the shipping companies we use to obtain a signature before they release your shipment. This insures that you receive the shipment that you ordered and that it will not be left unattended where it may get damaged or even worse stolen.

PAYMENTS USING PERSONAL CHECKS

In the event that you pay for a product using a personal check, Primefocus.com shall have the right to deposit and verify the funds are available before shipping or delivering said product. If your check is refused, you will be held responsible for all NSF and legal fees. All checks need to be sent to our corporate office.

INSTALLATION DOUBTS

If you have any doubt as to whether you can comfortably install, service and or maintain satellite and or computer equipment yourself and are unsure of the correct procedures that are needed to install, service and or maintain the equipment you are purchasing, hire a reputable dealer that is familiar with your product to perform these procedures for you.

CONSIGNMENT

All Items sold on consignment are final. We here at Primefocus.com do not offer a warranty nor do we ourselves warrant any items sold on consignment. However, we do our best to sell on consignment products that are less that forty-five days old and still carry at least a ninety-day manufacturers warranty. You will receive, to the best of our ability, ALL manuals, and original boxes of the components (ex. Motherboards, Processors, Remotes, etc.)

DIGITAL SIGNATURE

By pressing the "Submit Form" button on any of Primefocus.com's order forms, you the buyer intend and consent to the use of these forms, this disclaimer and the sale of the merchandise on these forms. This is an electronic signature, equivalent to your handwritten signature as provided under applicable federal and state laws. DEFECTIVE SATELLITE PRODUCTS

Should satellite products you ordered be defective, Primefocus.com will need a case number from Motorola to issue a replacement. Replacements are shipped out after we receive the defective unit back at our warehouse. Should satellite products ordered not work correctly with your television or other A/V components, we will need a case number from the manufacturer (ex. Motorola) stating they authorize the return due to the fact of incompatibility. Incompatibility returns as well as products that you changed your mind about purchasing are limited to forty-eight hours after acceptance of product's, whether in person or by shipping company and will be credited minus S&H and a 15% re-stocking fee. All returns, except DOA returns replacements, must include original contents including original box, packing materials, manuals, cables, batteries, remotes and antenna's. DOA replacement returns - If your unit is considered Dead On Arrival (DOA) by Motorola, you need only return the defective item in the original box (If the defective item is the 4DTV receiver itself, then the power cord for the receiver must also be included.)

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Please note that sales of the Motorola Digital Sidecar (4DTV DSR905), 905HD (DSR905/HDD-200 Combo), 4D-HDTV (DSR922/HDD-200 Combo) and the HDD-200 are NOT included with this or any other offer/warranty offered by Primefocus.com as all sales of the 4DTV DSR920, DSR905, 905HD, 4D-HDTV and the HDD-200 are final.

DEFECTIVE FINAL SALES ITEMS

If the 4DTV DSR920, DSR905, the HDD combo's or HDD-200 you purchase is found to be defective, please contact Motorola at www.4DTV.com or at (888) 944-HELP for assistance as we here at Primefocus.com can not assist you with these items.

SHIPPING

When shipping and returning products back to Primefocus.com, (defective or otherwise) you must use a reputable and traceable carrier such as FedEx or UPS. ALL products must be insured for the amount that the product is worth as we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged . (Example - If a product was sold to you for the amount of $500.00, then you must insure the package returned to us for the same amount. In this example that would be $500.00) You will also need to provide Primefocus.com with your tracking number and proof of insurance on the package by calling our corporate offices at 815-397-1992 and/or sending an Email to info@EZSAT.net. Please make sure to clearly mark your RA and Case numbers clearly on your package. Packages without an RA or Case numbers will not be accepted. Packages received after ten days from the issue date of the RA will not be accepted.
