Follow the steps below to generate your new email signature.

STEP 1:

Fill in your details and click 'Make Signature'. When the download box appears, save the file to your DESKTOP. Leave its name as 'signature.htm'

STEP 2:

For Windows Outlook users:
  • Select Tools > Options, then click the 'Mail Format' tab (For Outlook 2013, select Options and then click the 'Mail' tab)
  • Click the 'Signatures' button, then click 'New'
  • Give your signature a distinctive name, like FINDME or YOUR NAME
  • Now, copy the signature that was downloaded (signature.htm) and paste in the signature fill section
  • Click OK and reload Microsoft Outlook

For Zimbra users:
  • Open the downloaded file in a HTML application (Notepad, TextWrangler, etc.)
  • Copy all of the HTML code
  • Open Zimbra
  • Navigate to the "Preferences" then "Signatures"
  • Click on "New"
  • On the right side switch from "Format as plain text" to "Format as HTML"
  • A large number of icons and input options will be displayed in the text box for the signature
  • Click on last option on the far right called "Source Code" and has an icon that looks like this
  • Delete all the text in the box, and paste the HTML that was copied
  • Enter a name for the signature
  • On the far left, click "Save" on the newly created signature
For Gmail users:
  • Open the downloaded file in your web browser, and copy all of the content
  • Open Gmail and click the cog icon in the top right
  • Select ‘Settings’ from the dropdown menu
  • Scroll down the ‘General’ page until you see the ‘Signature’ section
  • Select the button by the text input box and paste your signature into the box
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Save Changes’
Note – if you have a problem copying the signature from the browser, follow these steps:
  • Open the downloaded file in a HTML application (Notepad, TextWrangler, etc.)
  • Copy all of the HTML code
  • Paste the code into a HTML editor (try http://htmledit.squarefree.com/)
  • Copy the displayed signature from the editor window
  • Open Gmail Settings as above and paste your signature into the text input box
For Mac Mail users:
  • Launch Mail
  • Click Mail > Preferences, then click the 'Signatures' tab
  • Add a new signature by clicking the '+' icon
  • Through 'Preferences', select the 'Composing' tab
  • Make sure 'Message Format' is set to 'Rich Text'
  • Close Mail
  • Find the signature you downloaded (HTML file from this website)
  • Right click the file and open the file in editor like TextWrangler
  • Copy the HTML code from TextWrangler
  • Go back to Go > Home > Library > Mail > V3 or V2 > MailData > Signature
  • (If the Library option is not there, hold down the Alt button on the keyboard)
  • Arrange the files by 'Date added' and select the most recent file. Right-click and select 'Open With > Other…' Browse for TextWrangler
  • Paste the HTML code from the other file from line #7
  • Save the file
  • Right click on the filename. Click 'Get Info' from the menu. Tick the Locked option
  • Restart Mail
