Ramki S., is an accomplished executive with 30+ years in entertainment digitization within the Media & Entertainment (M&E) sector. Founder & Global CEO of Prime Focus Technologies (PFT), Ramki drives product innovation and technology strategy, keeping PFT at the forefront of industry advancements with his unique blend of technical expertise, customer focus, & business acumen. Under his leadership, PFT has pioneered M&E Vertical AI, revolutionizing the content supply chain with AI-driven solutions. He serves as Executive Sponsor for key accounts, ensuring strong partnerships. Previously, CEO of Subex Technologies and GM at Tata Elxsi, Ramki holds a B.E. from BITS Pilani & an MBA from SPJIMR, Mumbai. He is based in Los Angeles, California.

Niraj Sanghai has been a key figure in Prime Focus since 2007, driving the growth of the company’s Creative Services business across Bollywood, the advertising industry, and rental services. Beginning in the Admin/Purchase Department, Niraj swiftly advanced to become the Business Head of VFX, DI, and Operations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of costs, operations, and revenue management. His expertise in navigating the complex demands of the industry has led to successful collaborations with top production houses, renowned producers, and directors in Bollywood. With his strong business acumen and leadership skills, Niraj continues to play a vital role in shaping the future of Prime Focus, ensuring its continued success.

Nishant Fadia

Chief Financial Officer – Prime Focus Limited

Nishant Fadia is the Chief Financial Officer for Prime Focus Limited and the face of Prime Focus for the financial community. He has been with Prime Focus since 2000, and was the company’s first CFO, taking the company public in 2006. As CFO, he leads financial planning, risk management, corporate finance, and investor relations, ensuring the company's financial health while driving long-term growth and profitability. His keen strategic insight and financial acumen are central to formulating Prime Focus' business and capital structure decisions, enabling the company to maximise its operational efficiency and competitive position within the global media and entertainment industry.

Vikas Rathee

Chief Financial Officer – DNEG

Vikas has over 20 years in Corporate Finance, TMT (Telecom, Media and Technology) Investment Banking, Capital Markets and M&A across US, Europe and Asia. Before this, Vikas was Head - Corporate Finance and M&A at Suzlon Energy, Principal - TMT Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Executive Director - TMT Investment Banking at ABN AMRO. Vikas is a CFA, an MBA in Finance from the R.H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland and an Engineering graduate from Delhi Institute of Technology, Delhi University.

Naresh Malhotra

Best known as the producer of the iconic Amitabh Bachchan starrer Shahenshah, Naresh’s career reflects his foresight and dedication to innovation in the industry. Recognising the potential of India’s burgeoning television industry in the 1990s, Naresh established the country’s first digital audio studio, paving the way for advancements in audio post-production. Naresh served as Chairman of the Board at Prime Focus from its inception in 1997 until June 2014.

Samu Devarajan

An industry veteran, Mr. Samu Devarajan brings a wealth of management experience having previously held the position of Managing Director of CISCO Systems India. As CEO and MD, he helped TATA Elxsi from loss making organization to one of the most successful companies of the TATA Group. Dev is currently the Chairman of Board of Directors at ADC India Communications Limited, Independent Director at Neilsoft Limited and founder and President of Transmation Consulting, his own strategy consulting firm.

Pooja Sood

Pooja Sood is a Chartered Accountant from ICAEW. Bharat Dighe is a Chartered Accountant and he has more than 23 years of experience in Private Equity investments and M&A Consulting in India. More than 18 years of experience in direct investing roles with global private equity fund houses investing in Indian unlisted companies, both as minority/majority shareholding. He has also been in senior management positions in global investment houses, handling all aspects of the investment process.
